There are lots of amendments that are controversial. Simply requiring that companies do what the regulations require them to do, which my colleague from Washington acknowledges that they are already required to do, but making it a part of the law instead of requiring regulations that may change from time to time is the appropriate step. I think we should all be in agreement on that, and I urge adoption of this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
