I think it is really important for the Department to be very clear about what the potential repercussions are for universities.

Antisemitism should not be weaponized as a way to attack those of us who disagree with the policies of Israel's ultra-right government.

This is not a partisan issue. You are--we should be looking at every possible way to get universities to ensure that they are living up to their own ideals.

It goes far deeper than that. I think it is appalling that we think we have to call a committee hearing to address something that is so fundamental in the raising of our children.
