We as a body consistently condemn these policies and practices.

They are holding DHS funds hostage. Their demand? That we mandate the deportation of thousands of students and young people who arrived here...

Either negotiations will succeed... or we are going to have to figure out how to deal with Iran's other despicable behavior.
