Joe Biden needs to show up like he did for the State of the Union and give a fiery presentation and really take Donald Trump on.

Because there are a lot of processes and institutional changes that need to be made so that we can guard against anybody, irrespective of political party, ever attempting to overturn a US election again.

The ruling – the Supreme Court ruling basically gives the presidency expanded powers and makes accountability through the justice system very difficult.
