I am glad to see, Mr. Welch, some of the legislation coming forward. Mr. Waxman and others have proposed eliminating or limiting no-bid contracts and putting all this out there. And I think this is a bipartisan issue. Nobody seems to have any problem with it. But I think, as you said, it is long overdue.
