This is I think frustrating for us.

I mean, how is that acceptable?

The news just broke this afternoon that two years after the fact the IRS has located almost 7,000 documents that are related to the targeting of conservative groups.

We have asked, a number of us on the committee, for the President to make a change at the IRS to really bring in some new blood so we can start reforming the agency.

It just has not actually done the job, and it has not met the obligations.

I support that. I wonder, though, would that require a change of statute, or does he think he can do that through the regulations?

What is your basis for that?

I think that, as government expands, we're going to continue to have these conflicts.

I mean, I think that we in this committee--and I applaud the chairman for being on this issue.

The U.N. has really become a forum for anti-Israel activism and ganging up, in effect, on the world's only Jewish State.

But this was so--the implication is there may have been a problem prebreach?
