The King of Jordan is a huge ally to us. Why make his life difficult in a way that doesn't achieve the type of result that ultimately we and Israel are looking for, which is a negotiated two-state outcome?

And all I would suggest is, if you are going to do that--which, obviously, your bill stands for that--then at least have round two figured out on how you are going to achieve your purpose, which is minimize terrorism, not enhance it.
