I think it is a close call. It is a justified American position in my humble opinion, a justified law but as it plays out, at times, it is a bit insane.
The result wasn't that Hamas was curtailed in its activity. The result wasn't that the violent ones within the PA were somehow marginalized.
You can empower that man who seems instinctively and substantively to share most if not all of your concerns or you can take the knees out from underneath him.
