If my Democrat colleagues want to make sure people are not being harmed by losing SNAP benefits or going without paychecks while they show up to work day after day, then they would vote to reopen government. Unfortunately, they have elected to not do that. So I hope my Democrat colleagues will come to their senses and vote this week to reopen the government.
