Well, Mr. Speaker, if the gentleman heard my testimony, one person, Mr. Richard Parker's father, saw the person who had his arm cut off with a machete. So if one has money, one can buy anything. So one of the things that I found out that if one is a drug user, it is easy to purchase in prison. I mean one can get it and one can get as much as one wants, and one can become an addict in prison.
