I am certainly hoping that everybody from Florida will take a real close look at this proposal because I do not think it should be a Democratic or a Republican proposal. I think this proposal should be one that benefits the people, particularly the people of Florida. I am just hoping that my colleagues will come to the table and let us work together for the good of the people of Florida and also the good of the people throughout the country. I think we can do this in a very bipartisan way.
