I want to say before I begin, in this Congress it has been pretty hot for me in these last 6 months and it has not been a lot of fun, but one of the joys has been serving with the gentlewoman from Georgia [Ms. McKinney] in the 103d and the 104th; a Member that is committed to all of the people in this country. We stand together and I will fight for all of the people.
