Well, I did learn of something today that may be helpful to us. I met with the second person in charge of our operation there, the State Department, Mr. Curt Struble. He indicated to me that there is a treaty to date, as we speak, over in the Senate waiting for ratification. What that treaty would do is that the Americans over there could be transferred to American prisons in the United States once we expedite the treaty, and that is a ray of hope. Mr. Speaker, a lot of times we take this great country for granted.
