There was none of that. It was a real understanding that we have a problem and we need help with this problem. There was an acknowledgment that bribery, the system, that the system was antiquated, the system was not working, and they just really needed assistance. I hope that we can give them that assistance. We do a lot of stuff all over the world, but I think we need to start at home, and South America is our neighbor. We need to do something about it. We are all against drugs and drugs coming into our country, but, clearly, our laws have affected their system.
