I want to thank Members for the bipartisan spirit in this. This is a complicated issue, as we have said. We are trying to do the right thing. I hope this is the right way to proceed. With the assurances we have from the gentleman that we will continue to work in a bipartisan effort, we will accept this and see how we can get it sorted out, at least as a placeholder in conference, to get the best we can.
