My understanding is that there has been some work done on this; I do not know the exact status, because we are dealing with somewhat of a new subject that is just a little bit off the record here of what I thought we were talking about, but I am certainly willing, as we have been all along the way on this, with the gentlewoman, with the gentleman from California [Mr. Dixon], and as seen with the gentlewoman from California [Ms. Millender-McDonald] earlier in our colloquy.”
