I plead with my Republican colleagues, I plead for them at so many different levels, that without the confidence in the airlines, there was a reason why we chose the airline industry to provide relief to. There are other issues that we can deal with, but there was a reason why there was an emergency, because it literally is the lifeblood of so many parts of this country and so much of the economy. The President keeps talking about going back to normal. Well, we cannot go back to normal until we have the confidence in the system, and we are not going to have the confidence in the system until we pass an airline security bill. It is 6 weeks after, and we have not done it. We have not done it for the worst reasons.
