Mr. Chairman, today there is an amendment in front of us which specifically deals with what is going on in Iran. Right now there are forces in Iran which are really the most right-wing forces engaged in activities which have had detrimental effects to America's interests and concerns. The effect of the amendment will weaken those forces.
