my commitment to the people I represent is to make sure that the economic security bill we pass will boost our economy and will provide, at the same time, help for displaced workers and stimulate the economy, but if the Senate fails to act again, Mr. Speaker, we must explore every avenue, congressional and administrative, to bring assistance to those in need. I support this bill, and I hope everybody will vote for this bill. We help my Washington State workers and their own at the same time.
