Is the gentleman prepared to forgo the tax advantages that he negotiated as a part of his contract when he was a professional athlete if we wind up having no code? If we are sunsetted and we have no code, then he would lose all the advantages that he negotiated during his playing career and presumably would have to realize that as current income in one year.
