I would only ask the gentleman, Mr. Cox, our meetings are publicly noticed. Members know when the Rules Committee is going to meet, particularly when we're going to vote to actually take final action on a rule, and other Members have not had difficulty in getting the language of their amendments to us in a timely manner----
