my question is, What is the objection on the majority side to bringing the stand-alone Amber bill to the floor which has already been passed by the Senate, to bring it to the floor as a separate item and not part of a larger bill? ... I think all of these issues are vitally important when it comes to dealing with children that are being kidnapped in this country.
