Reclaiming my time, as I tried to say throughout this debate, this is really a sad day for us here in the House of Representatives, that the majority feels obligated to grab hold of the President like a dog with a bone and not let go, will not let go in the face of success. I do not understand it, and I do not think people watching this and I do not think people reading about this, whether they are in the United States or whether they are in Europe, will understand what is being done here today. This is a fundamentally good bill. There are a lot of very good things in this bill. Yet the majority spoils this entire consideration today by refusing to accept a successful military operation. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
