The adoption of the Solomon amendment to the rule later in this hour is critical. I intend to support that. If the Solomon amendment fails, this rule is in jeopardy and the rule may not pass. So I will support the Solomon amendment and, assuming the Solomon amendment is in order, I will support the rule.
