None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available to provide security assistance to Ukraine. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 732, the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Gaetz) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Florida.
