The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 549, after line 15, insert the following new section: SEC. 10_. PROHIBITION ON SALE OR TRANSFER OF CLUSTER MUNITIONS OR MUNITIONS TECHNOLOGY. None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2025 for the Department of Defense may be made available to furnish cluster munitions, to facilitate any export license for cluster munitions, or to otherwise sell or transfer any cluster munitions or cluster munitions technology.
