Mark Foley: “I am glad that Poland is now a full partner in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization--NATO.”

I believe that the entire Congress should hear these poems and reflect on their meaning and I submit them for the Record.

I supported them wholeheartedly on so many positions. On this one, they're wrong.

It is heartening to know that those who suffered so long under oppression are now willing to share in the burden of preserving freedom.

We need to completely change the way we treat sex offenders. They are not petty criminals. They prey on our children like animals, and will continue to do so, until we stop them.
