I expect that the Government of India will always put the people of India first and that you will always put the national interest of India first.

Suffice it to say that once this deal is done, it has to be one that’s beneficial to both countries.

We’re never going to allow Cuba to become a base of operation against American interests or pose a threat to our national security. On that we are abundantly clear.

I think it’s important not just because we have four countries that are coordinating with one another. We’re beginning to see outcomes.
