Marco Rubio: “Why is there such an obvious double standard when it comes to Cuba?”

The president has extraordinary powers. Every president does.

In Venezuela two things are happening. One, their economy needs to continue to recover because the people of Venezuela have suffered so much.

The truth is Cuba has already fallen. It’s not – it doesn’t have a functional economy and it’s governed by people who continue to preach about some revolution that has been dead for 20 years that’s never worked.

We will live up to those commitments. We are living up to those commitments now.
