We are now carrying out more joint operations with South American countries in their own territorial waters.

“We’re not going to do anything that our partners don’t ask us to do,” Rubio said. “We don’t want to do less than what you ask of us, but we’re not going to do more than what you ask of us.”

I'm glad that we have leaders in this region that are serious about going after these groups, because if we didn't, we would have failed country after failed country.
