There will be no refuge for violent extremists who wage war on our civilization and plot to undermine law and order, destroy critical infrastructure, assault political opponents, or conspire to conceal their crimes from authorities.

For the Venezuelan people, this agreement will bring nearly $100 billion in private investment, support thousands of well-paying jobs and help rebuild Venezuela’s economy.

As long as they continue to endeavor or claim to want one, they’re going to pay a price for it, and that price is going to be primarily economic.

At the end of the day it is – we are clear about this: there is no reason why Venezuelans should have to leave their country.
