I guess just to get back to the point I am making about the Western Hemisphere, if you have a 45-year-old man married to a 15-year-old in Brazil or in Mexico, I do not know whether that is even legal under their laws, but that person tries to travel to the United States with his 14- or 15-year-old wife, do our laws allow them--do we recognize them when they come in on a visa as married?
