We remain very committed to that prospect, and ultimately that is where this project needs to wind up.
There will be no refuge for violent extremists who wage war on our civilization and plot to undermine law and order, destroy critical infrastructure, assault political opponents, or conspire to conceal their crimes from authorities.
This is a project that will involve sustainment for the long term. Multiple American administrations are going to have to make this a priority.
