Marco Rubio: “We don't just want to end the war, we also want to help Ukraine be safe forever, so never again will they face another…”

Venezuela has two options here. Option one is to truly enter into a period of both reconciliation and reformation so that they can have elections that result not just in a democratically elected government but an enduring republic.

If that's the interim authorities that try to do harm to this process or stop complying, then we're gonna have a problem. But I don't expect that. I really, really don't.

I think it’s important not just because we have four countries that are coordinating with one another. We’re beginning to see outcomes.

Likewise, we expect all political actors to support these talks which represent the best chance Venezuela has had in thirty years to peacefully achieve not just a free and fair election but an enduring democracy.
