OK. The second question I have, Mr. President: Does the rule say anything that impugns another Member of the Senate, directly or indirectly? Is that an accurate reading of the rule? The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator is correct, and I will read the paragraph. This is rule XIX, section 2. No Senator in debate shall, directly or indirectly, by any form of words impute to another Senator or to other Senators any conduct or motive unworthy or unbecoming a Senator.
