Mr. President, I have a motion at the desk. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the motion. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Florida [Mr. Rubio] has a motion to commit to bill H.R. 5376 to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate with instructions to report the same back to the Senate in 3 days, not counting any day in which the Senate is not in session, with changes that-- (1), are within the jurisdiction of such committee; and, (2) would contain a definition for the term ``pregnancy'' that limits maternal and infant-related program resources to biological females.
