I think that the argument that some have made--and not that I'm making it today, but the argument that some have made is that, the fact that we--that, to the extent that food does get to people in North Korea--and it's a very calloused approach, I understand--but someone have made the argument that, to the extent that food and goods does gets to people, what it does is, it takes pressure off the regime to have to take that money away from its nuclear program and instead divert it to its people, where it should be in the first place.
