Today, I am announcing a new policy to restrict visa issuance to individuals responsible for, or complicit in, impeding the prompt resolution of international parental child abduction cases, as well as their immediate family members.

No country in the world that’s responsible, governed by responsible people – can allow their borders to just be open and allow anyone that wants to come in to flood in.

The truth is Cuba has already fallen. It’s not – it doesn’t have a functional economy and it’s governed by people who continue to preach about some revolution that has been dead for 20 years that’s never worked.

What we’re not going to allow ever under any circumstances as long as President Trump is President is we’re never going to allow Cuba to become a base of operation against American interests or pose a threat to our national security.
