My only takeaway is, as you go back, and however this form reaches the decision-makers in the interagency, to the extent that the Department of State is involved in the interagency, we just--I can't speak for everyone else, but I think there'd be a consensus on the Commission and across Congress that if ever there was a model case for how we intended Global Magnitsky to be used as a tool, this would be it . . . because there is most clearly abuse happening.
