Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title I, insert the following: SEC. __. ACQUISITION OF BEACH FILL. Section 935 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2299) is amended by striking ``if such materials are not available from domestic sources for environmental or economic reasons''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 892, the gentlewoman from Florida (Ms. Frankel) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from Florida.
