Madam Speaker, we have a crisis, a crisis in Florida and across this Nation where our constituents are facing skyrocketing jumps in flood insurance premiums, making homeownership unaffordable. Madam Speaker, floods are not partisan, and homeownership makes communities safer, more secure, and more economically vibrant. Madam Speaker, let's fix this crisis now.
