it is interesting how our friends on the other side of the aisle now say during Iran-Contra they were investigating bad things, but now we are not investigating anything. It is a fact, Mr. Speaker, that President Clinton allowed the shipments, contradicting his own public statements in support of an arms embargo and possibly violating law.
