“Yes, that is the bottom line. Some Member is going to make a career decision tomorrow because somebody told him to vote for something that they did not want to vote for in the first place. We are going to make the right decisions, decisions on behalf of the American people. May the blocks fall where they may. There is going to be a difference between the Members and the followers in this Chamber. It is important that we let the American people know who is standing for them. So when Ms. Wasserman Schultz talks about when judgment day comes every 2 years, when Democrats, Republicans and the one Independent we have, when people go to make their decision, I want them to think about the fact that they should vote principle over party. Do not go for, in the last minute what we call in some areas of this country, the okie- doke. Hey, I am strong on terror. I am with the trips. We have Members flying to Iraq. Thank you for fighting for our country; but do not talk to me when you become a veteran. I am just fresh off a vote cutting your future benefits. But, hey, I am with you all of the way. But as long as you stay enlisted, we stay with you. Mr. Speaker, I want to give the Web site out, but I wanted to make that point so people remember what happened this November. They came to the floor and came willing to vote for a budget that was unjust.”
