It is about decisions that are being made here inside the Beltway. It is about the individuals that are being driven around with tinted windows in black cars and Suburbans with police escorts. We are talking about those individuals. Guess what, I say to the gentleman from Ohio? The U.S. Congress and the Committee on Armed Services are the individuals charged with making sure that those individuals are held accountable. We have the leadership of this House on the other side of this aisle here that says, oh, we do not need to bother the Pentagon. They have a lot work to do.
