There are agencies, Mr. Speaker, in the millions, oh, we do not know what happened to $24 million. They just write it off like it is nothing. I mean, you do not even have to go as far as Iraq. Right here in Washington, D.C., because the rubber-stamp Congress will not call these individuals in. People are in committee talking about, I do not know where it went; it came to us.
