Mr. Ryan knows he had me at hello on all of that. When he says Mr. Meek, he is really talking to the Republican majority. I will say to my colleagues, because I want to be sure that they have good and accurate information from third-party validators, they can go to www.HouseDemocrats.gov/30something and you can get the charts, get what Mr. Ryan is talking about. Most of these people that are third-party innovators as relates to innovation, they can care less who says that we brought innovation into the United States again, that we are investing in innovation. They just want it to happen. These individuals are Republicans, Independents and Democrats that are begging us to give them the workforce that they need. They want to hire the American worker. They want to make sure that local communities and States have the kind of economy that they need. I think it is important. Mr. Speaker, it goes a little deeper. This is not just about one or two people and the decisions they are making. I have a real problem, and I do not want to change the channel here, but I have a real problem with the fact that it is so easy for the Republican majority to abuse not only the spirit of the rules in the House of Representatives but also when we start dealing with the Constitution of the United States.…
