First of all, we in Florida, we have visual acuity, I want to let my colleagues know. We can see, and when we see, we can read these numbers, Mr. Chairman. We have the numbers. There is no question about it, we all want veterans served. But should we yield because we have to satisfy one part of the Nation? We have to satisfy all of the veterans. Vote against the Hinchey amendment.
