SBA does well when one can get a loan from them, but these are not loans, these are grants. There is a difference, when it comes to rebuilding distressed communities. I applaud the efforts the gentleman has made in the past and what the gentleman has supported, but I do not applaud this amendment, because what the gentleman is doing is cutting an agency that provides jobs.
