Mr. Chairman, what we are doing here is trying to help college students who have learning disabilities, and this amendment will bring that help to college students which now is already being received by students in K through 12. According to the National Institutes of Health, more than 39 million Americans have some type of learning disability. People really do not understand the impact of this disability, these disabilities.
