I am glad that you brought a visual aid down because I think it is important, Mr. Speaker, that we break this down for the Members because we want to make sure that Members don't go back home in November and giving political speeches saying that, oh, well, I didn't know we were doing that. Or I didn't know that we were breaking a record in borrowing from foreign nations.
